New roof on a detached house, approx. 140 m² of roof area, with a new reinforced concrete ring beam on the existing walls. Payment: 30% deposit on signing; the balance in stages: ring beam, roof structure, roof covering. Duration: 5–6 weeks from site handover, weather permitting. Warranty: 5 years on structural work and 2 years on the roof covering, as set out in the contract. Prices include delivery of materials within Bucharest. Concrete pumping, insulation and interior finishes are not included.
