Penthouse of 120 m² with three bedrooms and an open-plan living area. The outdoor units go on the terrace, on anti-vibration mounts; the ventilation unit goes in the utility room. Payment: 40% deposit with the order, 50% on equipment delivery, 10% on commissioning. Lead time: 2 weeks from the deposit; installation takes about 4 working days. Warranty: 2 years on workmanship; the equipment carries the manufacturers’ warranty. The price includes installation materials, transport and commissioning. The service line covers the first cleaning of each unit, one year after installation. Building works beyond the pipe and duct routes and changes to the electrical panel are not included. Quote valid for 15 days.
