- user administration;
- company settings;
- custom branding;

The Provider may modify, improve, limit or remove certain functionalities, in compliance with active contracts and legal obligations.
4. Eligibility
The Platform is a service intended for professionals (B2B): commercial companies, PFAs, sole proprietorships and other entities that use the Service for professional purposes. If, exceptionally, the Service is contracted by a consumer who is a natural person acting in their own name, the consumer provisions of these Terms (in particular §15bis) additionally apply to that consumer.
By creating an account:
- if you act as a professional, you declare that you have the legal right to represent the organization for which you use the Platform or that you have its authorization;
- if you act as a consumer who is a natural person, you additionally benefit from the rights described in §15bis (Right of withdrawal for consumers). Registration on a paid plan entails the express acceptance of the immediate commencement of the service and, where applicable, the waiver of the 14-day right of withdrawal, under the conditions described in that section.
To use the Platform you must be at least of the legal age to enter into contracts under Romanian law.
5. Account creation
Using the Platform may require the creation of an account.
The Customer and its users are responsible for:
- providing correct information;
- keeping the authentication data confidential;
- the activity carried out in the account;
- the access granted to other users;
- the correct configuration of the company data.
The Provider is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of the account as a result of the negligence of the Customer or its users.
6. Roles and permissions
The Platform may include several types of roles, such as administrator, agent or other similar roles.
The Customer is responsible for the correct assignment of roles and permissions within its organization.
Actions performed by the Customer's users in the Platform are deemed to be actions of the Customer.
7. Permitted use
The Customer undertakes to use the Platform only for lawful, commercial purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
It is prohibited to use the Platform for:
- illegal or fraudulent activities;
- transmitting false, misleading, abusive, defamatory or illegal content;
- infringing the intellectual property rights of other persons;
- uploading malware, viruses or harmful code;
- attempting unauthorized access to accounts, servers or data;
- aggressive security testing without written consent;
- scraping, reverse engineering or unauthorized copying;
- spam or sending unsolicited communications contrary to applicable legislation.
8. Content entered by the Customer
The Customer retains all rights to the data, texts, images, products, prices, offers and other materials entered into the Platform.
The Customer is solely responsible for:
- the correctness of the offers;
- prices, discounts, VAT, exchange rates and totals;
- product information;
- uploaded images;
- end-client data;
- the lawfulness of the communications transmitted through the Platform;
- the right to use the logos, images, trademarks and materials uploaded;
- the texts, terms, privacy policy and other wording displayed to the Recipient within the online acceptance flow (OTP, ticking consent, final messages), if this function is used.
The Provider does not verify the lawfulness, correctness or completeness of the offers generated by the Customer.
9. License granted to the Provider
By uploading data to the Platform, the Customer grants the Provider a limited, non-exclusive and revocable license to store, process, display and transmit such data strictly for the purpose of providing the Service.
The Provider does not acquire ownership rights over the Customer's content.
10. Subscriptions
The Platform may be used free of charge (the Free plan), within the limits of the free offers described below, or on the basis of a paid subscription (the Solo, Team and Business plans), payable monthly or annually, at the Customer's choice.
The prices of the plans, the available currencies and the number of users included in each plan are displayed on the pricing page (/pricing) and in the Platform at the time the plan is chosen, or in the separate contract concluded with the Customer, as the case may be. Prices are stated excluding VAT (see §12).
Organization without a plan (the Free plan). An Organization that does not have an active paid or granted plan may be used by a single user and may publish the first 10 (ten) offers free of charge, only once, for the entire lifetime of the account. The number of free offers is not renewed monthly or periodically. The following rules apply to the calculation of free offers:
- an offer is deemed consumed upon its first publication, including in the case of offers transmitted by suppliers through the Platform;
- republishing an already published offer does not consume an additional offer;
- deleting a published offer does not restore the consumed offer;
- offers saved as drafts and not published do not consume free offers.
After the 10 free offers have been used up, the Organization can no longer publish new offers until a paid plan is chosen. Offers already published and their public links remain active, and the Organization's data remains accessible. Free use does not require a card and is not a time-limited trial period; no trial period is granted when a paid plan is chosen.
Differences between plans. Paid plans differ exclusively in the number of users included. All functionalities of the Platform are included in all plans, without limits differing from one plan to another. The Provider may keep certain elements identifying the Platform displayed in public offers (for example, the mention "Powered by Oifers"), regardless of the plan chosen.
Users and seats. Each administrator or agent of the Organization occupies one seat in the chosen plan. Deactivated users continue to occupy a seat until they are deleted. Switching to a plan with fewer seats than the number of existing users is possible only after the excess users have been deleted.
Billing period. Each paid plan may be chosen with monthly payment or with annual payment. For monthly payment, the billing period is one month. For annual payment, the billing period is 12 (twelve) months and the price is paid in full, in advance, at the beginning of each annual period. The annual price of each plan is displayed on the pricing page and in the Platform at the time the plan is chosen.
Changing the plan. Switching to a higher plan (upgrade), as well as switching from monthly payment to annual payment, takes effect immediately, and the Customer is invoiced the price difference calculated pro rata for the remainder of the current billing period; a new billing period begins on the date of the switch to annual payment. Switching to a lower plan (downgrade) and switching from annual payment to monthly payment take effect at the end of the current billing period already paid for; in these cases, no partial refund or credit is granted for the time remaining until the end of the paid period, without prejudice to the rights of consumers provided for in §15bis.
Plans withdrawn from the offering can no longer be chosen for new subscriptions. The Provider may introduce promotional or customized plans, communicated in the Platform or by separate contract.
10bis. Automatic renewal
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, as the case may be), for a period of the same duration, by charging the payment method registered with the payment processor (Stripe). The rate applied upon renewal is the one displayed in the Platform at the time of renewal, subject to §17.
For subscriptions with annual payment, the Provider sends the Organization's administrators, by e-mail, at least 14 (fourteen) days before the renewal date, a notice of the automatic renewal stating the renewal date, the amount to be charged and how to cancel. Failure to receive the notice for reasons not attributable to the Provider (for example, an incorrect e-mail address or filtering of the message) does not prevent the renewal.
The subscription may be cancelled at any time:
- directly from the billing portal accessible in the Platform, at
/admin/billing→ "Manage subscription", which opens the secure Stripe Billing portal; - by written request to oifers@oifers.com.
Cancellation stops the next automatic renewal. The period already paid for (monthly or annual) remains active until its expiry date, and the Customer retains the benefits of the paid plan during this interval. After expiry, the Organization is left without a plan and the rules in §10 for organizations without a plan apply to it (including any remaining unconsumed free offers, if any). The Customer's data remains stored thereafter in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
The subscription may be resumed after a cancellation at any time by reactivating a plan from the Platform.
11. Payments and invoicing
For paid subscriptions, the Customer undertakes to pay the displayed or agreed price. Invoicing takes place at the beginning of each billing period: monthly, for monthly payment, or once for the entire 12-month period, for annual payment. The invoice is issued in the currency chosen by the Customer at Checkout from among the currencies available in the Platform (RON, EUR or USD).
Payments are processed exclusively through Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Ireland), a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processor. Full card data is processed by Stripe; STNS Development SRL does not see, does not store and has no access to card numbers, receiving exclusively opaque identifiers (e.g.: customer_id, subscription_id, the last 4 digits of the card). Details in the Privacy Policy.
For each successful payment, the invoice is issued through Stripe, on behalf of the Provider, in the currency of the chosen subscription (RON, EUR or USD), based on the data entered at Checkout. The invoice is issued to a legal entity if the Customer enters a valid tax identification code (CUI/CIF/VAT ID), and to a natural person for consumers who do not enter such a code.
The Customer is responsible for:
- providing correct and up-to-date billing data (name, address, tax code/CUI as applicable);
- updating the payment method in the Stripe portal before it expires;
- resolving any non-payment issues notified by e-mail or in the Platform.
In the event of a payment being declined, the Provider may apply the measures described in §13 (Non-payment).
12. VAT and taxes
Subscription prices are displayed in the Platform excluding VAT, as net amounts. The applicable VAT is calculated automatically at the time of invoicing through Stripe Tax, based on the billing data entered by the Customer at Checkout (country of establishment and, where applicable, the VAT number), in accordance with the tax legislation in force:
- Consumers and B2B customers from Romania: the standard VAT rate established by the Romanian legislation in force on the date the invoice is issued applies;
- B2B customers from other EU Member States with a VAT number valid in VIES, entered at Checkout (Stripe): the reverse charge regime ("reverse charge") applies, the invoice being issued without VAT, with the corresponding legal mention;
- Customers from outside the European Union: the price does not include VAT, and local tax obligations shall apply in accordance with the legislation of the Customer's country.
The specific VAT rate and the applicable tax regime are determined by Stripe Tax based on the data entered and are displayed on the Checkout screen before the payment is completed, as well as on the invoice issued. The Provider does not guarantee the tax validity of VAT numbers entered incorrectly by the Customer; responsibility for the correctness of the tax data lies with the Customer.
The Customer remains responsible for any additional taxes, duties or tax obligations incumbent upon it under the applicable legislation in its country.
13. Non-payment
In the event of non-payment, the Provider may:
- send payment notices;
- limit access to certain functionalities;
- suspend the account;
- deactivate the organization;
- terminate access to the Service.
The Customer's data may remain stored for a reasonable period after suspension, in accordance with the Privacy Policy and legal obligations.
14. Free offers and promotional periods
Free use of the Platform (the Free plan), within the limit of the 10 free offers granted only once per Organization, described in §10, is not a trial period, does not require entering a card or any other payment method and does not involve any automatic charge. When the free offers have been used up, the Organization is not automatically moved to a paid plan; moving to a paid plan takes place only through the express choice of a plan by the Customer.
The Provider may grant, at its sole discretion, promotional periods or free plans, including a paid plan granted free of charge to an Organization (for example, the Business plan granted free of charge), without this creating an obligation to grant the same to other Organizations or in the future.
A plan granted free of charge may be withdrawn or limited in time only with prior notice of at least 30 (thirty) days, communicated to the Organization's administrators by e-mail and in the Platform, indicating the date on which the plan granted free of charge ends. On the end date, the Organization is left without a plan and the rules in §10 for organizations without a plan apply to it, unless the Customer has in the meantime chosen a paid plan.
The reduced price applied to annual payment (for example, presented as "2 months free") is a reduction of the annual price, paid in full in advance, and not a trial period or a free promotional period within the meaning of this section.
The Provider may modify or cease offering new promotional periods at any time, without this affecting promotional periods already granted, which run according to the conditions communicated at the time they were granted.
15. Subscription cancellation
The Customer may cancel the subscription according to the options available in the Platform (in particular through the Stripe Billing portal accessible from /admin/billing) or by written request to oifers@oifers.com.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for (monthly or annual), unless otherwise specified. Cancelling a subscription with annual payment during the annual period does not entitle the Customer to a partial refund of the price for the remaining months, without prejudice to the rights of consumers provided for in §15bis. For partial or special refunds, see §15bis (consumers) and §16 (general regime).
15bis. Right of withdrawal for consumers (OUG 34/2014)
Oifers is a B2B service. This section applies exclusively where the contract is concluded by a consumer who is a natural person not acting for professional purposes. Professionals (commercial companies, PFAs, sole proprietorships, etc.) do not fall within the scope of OUG 34/2014.
As a consumer, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract (the date of confirmation of the subscription), in accordance with Article 9 of OUG 34/2014 on consumer rights under contracts concluded with professionals.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal:
- you send a clear and express request to the Provider at oifers@oifers.com within the 14-day period, indicating your account details and your intention to withdraw;
- no justification is required;
- reimbursement of the amounts paid (less the amounts owed proportionally for the period of actual use, if you requested the commencement of performance in accordance with the following paragraph) is made within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the request, using the same payment method as was initially used, at no additional cost to the consumer.
Express waiver of the right of withdrawal — loss of the right after performance:
In accordance with Article 16(m) of OUG 34/2014, in the case of the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium, the consumer loses the right of withdrawal if performance has begun with their prior express consent and with their acknowledgement that they will thereby lose the right of withdrawal.
Given that the Platform activates the benefits of the paid plan (the included user seats and the publication of offers beyond the free offer limit) immediately after payment, in order for you to benefit from the services as soon as you have paid, you are asked to expressly tick, at Checkout or upon registration on a paid plan, the declaration:
> "I request the immediate commencement of the paid service and I understand that, if I am a consumer who is a natural person, I expressly waive the 14-day right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article 16(m) of OUG 34/2014, once the paid functionality has been fully delivered."
This waiver is technically recorded by the Platform together with the date, time, IP address and user-agent used at the time of ticking, as proof of express consent. Without ticking, payment cannot be initiated — the Checkout flow is blocked.
If you choose not to waive the right of withdrawal (in which case you will have to leave the box above unticked and contact the Provider for a manual flow), the paid service will be activated only at the end of the 14-day period.
Additional exceptions: the use of the free offers described in §10 and §14, as well as of plans granted free of charge by the Provider, does not involve any payment or any automatic charge, so it is not necessary to exercise the right of withdrawal; the consumer may stop using the Platform at any time, at no cost. The right of withdrawal described in this section applies from the date of confirmation of the first paid subscription.
16. Refunds
Consumers who are natural persons: refunds are made in accordance with §15bis. In the event of a chargeback initiated without a prior withdrawal request in accordance with §15bis, the Provider may suspend the Customer's account and invoice the costs related to the operation (the chargeback fee applied by Stripe, amounting to a minimum of 15 EUR/operation, plus any administrative costs).
Professional customers (B2B): subscriptions already activated and used are non-refundable, including the unused part of an annual period paid in advance (in the event of cancellation, downgrade or switch to monthly payment), unless the law provides otherwise or the Provider expressly accepts the refund, under conditions mutually agreed.
For any refund request, contact oifers@oifers.com.
17. Price changes
The Provider may change subscription prices.
For existing subscriptions, the change will be communicated in advance by e-mail, notification in the Platform or other reasonable means.
The price of a billing period already paid for does not change. For annual payment, the price remains unchanged for the entire current annual period, and the new price may apply only from the next renewal, after the change has been communicated in advance.
If the Customer does not accept the new price, it may cancel the subscription before the change takes effect.
18. Service availability
The Provider makes reasonable efforts to ensure the availability of the Platform.
Nevertheless, the Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- maintenance;
- updates;
- technical problems;
- third-party providers;
- cyber attacks;
- force majeure situations.
The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the complete absence of errors.
19. Maintenance and updates
The Provider may carry out updates, fixes, modifications or maintenance on the Platform.
Some updates may change the existing interface, flows or functionalities.
20. Security
The Provider implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the Platform and the data.
The Customer understands that no information system is completely immune to risks.
The Customer must use secure passwords, limit user access and notify the Provider of any suspicion of unauthorized access.
21. Backup and data loss
The Provider may make backup copies for the operation of the Platform.
Nevertheless, the Customer is encouraged to keep its own copies of important commercial information.
The Provider is not liable for data loss caused by the Customer's actions, accidental deletions, improper use or external factors beyond the Provider's reasonable control.
22. Public offer links
The Platform allows the generation of public links for viewing offers.
The Customer is responsible for:
- sending the links to authorized recipients;
- configuring the expiry period;
- revoking the links when necessary;
- the content of the published offers.
The Provider is not liable if a public link is distributed by the Customer or by the Offer Recipient to unauthorized persons.
Electronically recorded acceptance of the offer (optional function)
Where this function is available and enabled for the Organization, the Platform allows the technical recording of a flow in which the Offer Recipient may enter data (including name and e-mail address), confirm ownership of the e-mail address by means of a verification code (OTP), confirm in the Platform their acknowledgement of and agreement to the texts communicated in the flow by the Customer (including references to the Customer's public terms and policies) and complete an action recorded as a technical acceptance in the system. For this purpose, the Platform may keep event logs, session metadata (including the IP address, within the limits described in the Privacy Policy), the record of ticked boxes, the versions of the texts displayed according to the Customer's configuration and, where applicable, a summary capture ("snapshot") of the content of the offer at the time of recording, exclusively for the Customer's operational and internal audit needs.
Oifers is not a party to the commercial obligations between the Customer and the Recipient. The Provider (STNS Development SRL, which operates Oifers) does not act as intervener, guarantor or commercial agent of the Customer and do not represent the Offer Recipient with respect to the content of the offer or the legal and economic effects that the Customer and the Recipient pursue between themselves.
To the extent permitted by law, the Provider does not guarantee and is not liable for:
- the occurrence, validity or performance, between the Customer and the Recipient, of any legal effects that they attribute to a technical acceptance record made through the Platform;
- the fulfilment, vis-à-vis third parties or under special laws, of any requirements regarding electronic signature, form ad validitatem, sector of activity (e.g.: utilities, tenders) or the consumer regime;
- the real identity or the power of representation of the person who enters the OTP code or ticks the boxes;
- damages resulting from the Customer's negligence or from fraudulent actions of third parties (including phishing or misuse of the OTP code), where the Provider has applied reasonable technical measures for the SaaS service, in accordance with the current description of the Service.
Any dispute or claim concerning payment, delivery or contractual performance obligations, or the interpretation of an acceptance recorded in this way, shall be resolved exclusively between the Customer and the Recipient (and their contractual third parties, as the case may be). The Customer shall not require the Provider to assume obligations that exceed the role of a software tool provider.
The Provider may provide competent public authorities with information or technical extracts only to the extent that the law obliges it to do so in its capacity as provider of the Platform's digital infrastructure, and only with respect to the data it lawfully holds within the Service.
The processing of personal data within this function is described in the Privacy Policy. For the Recipient's data processed in this flow, the Customer is the controller and the Provider is the processor, in accordance with §22bis. Responsibility for informing the Recipient, for the legal basis of the processing and for the consents required in connection with the content of the offer and the messages in the flow lies with the Customer.
22bis. Processing of data on behalf of the Customer (Art. 28 GDPR)
This section constitutes the data processing agreement between the Customer and the Provider within the meaning of Article 28(3) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Roles. For the personal data that the Customer and its users enter or collect through the Platform, the Customer is the controller and the Provider is the processor. For the own data of Customers and of their users (account, billing, support, Platform security, own marketing), the Provider is the controller, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Subject matter, duration, nature and purpose. The Provider hosts, stores, displays and transmits the data strictly for the provision of the Service: offers and public links, sending e-mails, the access log, the online acceptance flow with OTP code, projects and requests for quotation. The processing lasts for as long as the Customer uses the Service, plus the deletion period in §31.
Categories of data subjects and of data:
- the Customer's end clients and contact persons: name, company, e-mail, phone, address, tax code and other data entered by the Customer;
- Offer Recipients: technical access data (IP address, browser, operating system, device, approximate location, referrer, session duration) and, if they use online acceptance, name, e-mail, OTP verification events, ticked boxes and the texts displayed;
- contact persons of the Customer's suppliers, entered in projects and requests for quotation.
Obligations of the Provider. The Provider:
- processes the data only on the documented instructions of the Customer; these Terms, the settings and the Customer's actions in the Platform constitute those instructions; the Provider informs the Customer if, in its opinion, an instruction infringes data protection law;
- ensures that persons authorised to process the data have committed themselves to confidentiality;
- applies the security measures required by Art. 32 GDPR, described in §20 and in the Privacy Policy;
- uses the sub-processors listed in the Privacy Policy (§9), for which the Customer gives its general authorisation; the Provider gives prior notice of any replacement or addition, and the Customer may object and, if the objection cannot be resolved, may terminate the contract; the Provider imposes equivalent data protection obligations on sub-processors;
- transfers data outside the EEA only with the safeguards provided for in Chapter V GDPR (Privacy Policy, §10);
- assists the Customer, through appropriate technical and organisational measures, in responding to data subject requests and in meeting the obligations under Art. 32–36 GDPR;
- notifies the Customer without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal data breach;
- upon termination of the Service, at the Customer's choice, makes the data available (§30) and deletes it (§31), unless the law requires it to be retained;
- makes available to the Customer the information necessary to demonstrate compliance with Art. 28 GDPR and allows reasonable audits, conducted by the Customer or by an auditor mandated by it, with prior notice.
Obligations of the Customer. The Customer is responsible for the legal basis of the processing, for informing data subjects (Art. 13–14 GDPR) and for the lawfulness of the instructions given to the Provider.
23. Access monitoring
The Platform may record accesses to offers, including technical data such as IP, browser, operating system, device, screen resolution, approximate location (country, city) determined from the IP, referrer, session duration and other similar data. The Provider processes this data on behalf of the Customer, in accordance with §22bis.
The Customer is responsible for informing its own recipients, where required by law, about the use of such monitoring mechanisms.
24. Sending e-mails
The Platform may allow e-mails to be sent to the Customer's end clients.
The Customer is responsible for:
- the existence of a legal basis for sending the e-mail;
- the correctness of the recipient's address;
- the content of the message;
- compliance with the legislation on commercial communications.
The Provider may limit or suspend the sending of e-mails in the event of abuse, spam, a high bounce rate or complaints.
25. Intellectual property
The Oifers.com Platform, the source code, design, interface, software logic, trademarks, names, structure and materials belong to the Provider or its licensors.
The Customer is not entitled to copy, reproduce, sell, sublicense, decompile or create derivative products from the Platform without written consent.
26. Feedback
If the Customer submits suggestions, ideas or feedback, the Provider may use them free of charge to improve the Platform, without any obligation of compensation.
27. Third-party services
The Platform may use third-party providers for hosting, storage, e-mail, payments, analytics, security, file processing or other services. The list of sub-processors is published in the Privacy Policy (§9).
The Provider is not responsible for interruptions or errors caused exclusively by third-party providers, but will make reasonable efforts to remedy the impact on the Platform.
28. Account suspension
The Provider may suspend or limit the Customer's access if:
- there is non-payment;
- these Terms are breached;
- there is a security risk;
- the account is used abusively;
- the law or the authorities so require;
- the organization is deactivated.
29. Termination of the contractual relationship
The Customer may stop using the Platform by cancelling the subscription or by written request.
The Provider may cease providing the Service with reasonable notice or immediately in the event of a serious breach.
30. Data export
Upon request, the Provider may make the Customer's data available to it in a reasonably available format, to the extent that this is technically possible and legally permitted.
31. Data deletion
After the account is terminated, the data may be deleted or anonymized after a reasonable period, except for data that must be retained for legal, tax, security, litigation or legitimate interest purposes.
32. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for:
- indirect losses;
- loss of profit;
- loss of revenue;
- loss of business opportunities;
- loss of reputation;
- errors in the offers generated by the Customer;
- business decisions taken on the basis of the Platform;
- improper use of the Platform;
- the validity, performance and legal and economic consequences, between the Customer and the Recipient, of the acceptance recorded electronically through the Platform;
- claims of Offer Recipients, of authorities or of third parties resulting from the use of the acceptance flow, to the extent that these matters are excluded under the section "Electronically recorded acceptance of the offer" above.
The Provider's total liability towards the Customer, for any claim related to the Platform, is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the Service in the last 12 months before the event that gave rise to the liability, except where the law provides otherwise.
33. Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available".
The Provider does not guarantee that the Platform:
- will be uninterrupted;
- will be free of errors;
- will meet all of the Customer's specific requirements;
- will guarantee obtaining contracts, sales or revenue;
- ensures the occurrence of certain legal or commercial effects between the Customer and the Recipient through the mere technical recording of an online acceptance by the current means of the Service.
34. Indemnification
The Customer agrees to indemnify the Provider for damages, costs or complaints resulting from:
- the content entered into the Platform;
- unlawful use of the Platform;
- infringement of the rights of third parties;
- breach of data protection legislation;
- sending unauthorized communications;
- breach of these Terms;
- claims of Offer Recipients, of authorities or of third parties related to the content of the offers, to the electronic acceptances recorded through the Platform or to the wording displayed in the acceptance flow configured by the Customer.
35. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, major cyber attacks, internet outages, actions of the authorities, strikes or other force majeure events.
36. Amendment of the terms
The Provider may update these Terms.
The updated version will be published on the website or communicated through the Platform/e-mail.
Continued use of the Platform after the amendments take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
37. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania.
The Terms are available in Romanian, English and Hungarian. The English and Hungarian versions are translations; in case of any inconsistency, the Romanian version prevails.
38. Dispute resolution
The parties will attempt to resolve any dispute amicably.
If amicable resolution is not possible, disputes will be settled by the competent courts of Romania, in compliance with the applicable legal rules.
