About Oifers

Oifers is online quoting software for businesses: you build quotes from your own product catalog, send them to the client as a link and see when they were opened. This page explains who makes Oifers, what the app does and does not do, and how we write the guides on our blog.

What Oifers does

Oifers covers the life of a quote, from the catalog to the client's acceptance:

  • a product catalog and a client list, with product import from Excel;
  • quotes with your company's branding, made by you or by your sales agents;
  • the quote sent as a link: you see when it was opened, how many times and on which device;
  • online acceptance of the quote, confirmed with a code the client receives by email;
  • requests for quotes to your own suppliers: a materials list sent to several suppliers, answers per line, a comparison and then the quote to your client;
  • the app in Romanian, English and Hungarian.

What Oifers does not do

  • It does not issue invoices or connect to invoicing software: the quote comes first, and the pro forma and the invoice stay in your invoicing software.
  • It is not a marketplace: requests for quotes go only to the suppliers you choose.
  • It does not need an installed app: it runs in the browser, on a phone too.
  • It does not provide a qualified electronic signature: online acceptance is confirmed with a code sent by email.

Who makes Oifers

Oifers is made by the Oifers team (Oifers Team). The same team builds the app, writes the guides on the blog and answers email and phone.

The team works in Cluj-Napoca, and the founder in Satu Mare, Romania.

Răzvan Struc is the founder of Oifers. He signs the articles about how the product started and the press releases. The practical guides on the blog are written by the team.

The platform operator's details are in the Terms of service. For your clients' data, Oifers is the processor and your company remains the controller.

How we write our guides

The guides and templates on our blog are signed “Oifers Team”. We write them by a few rules:

  • For VAT, invoicing and contracts we start from official sources (tax code, civil code, published legislation) and name them in the article.
  • About Oifers we only write what the app does today, without figures we cannot show and without comparisons with other products.
  • Every article carries its publication date and, when we change it, the date it was updated.
  • Hungarian texts are checked by a native speaker. The guides are not legal or tax advice: for your own situation, ask your accountant or lawyer.
  • If you find a mistake, write to oifers@oifers.com and we will fix it.
