When you quote interior doors, you pick the lines from the catalogue and fill in the quantities, and the total with discounts and VAT is calculated automatically. Price lists can be imported from an Excel or CSV file.
The quote reaches the client as a link with your logo and colours. You see when it was opened, how many times and on what type of device, and the client accepts it online with a code sent by email. Trims, sills or removing the old door go on separate lines, so the client sees what they are paying for. If they pick another model or colour, you change the line and the total updates straight away.
