Your catalogue holds services such as consultation, concept, technical drawings or site supervision, as well as the products you recommend: furniture, lighting, textiles. You split an interior design quote by stage or by room, with images next to the lines, and the total with VAT is calculated automatically.
Oifers is not 3D design software: you make renders and drawings in your own tools and add them as images to the quote gallery. The client receives a link in your studio's visual identity and accepts the quote online with a code sent by email, and you see when it was opened, how many times and on what type of device.
Frequently asked questions
Can I quote design services and recommended products separately?
Yes. Put design services and products such as furniture or lighting into separate sections of the same quote. The client sees what they pay for the project and what they pay for products, and the total is calculated automatically.
Can I include renders and a mood board in the quote?
Yes, as images. Add renders, drawings or a mood board to the quote gallery, and catalogue products appear with their photo. Oifers does not create renders: you make them in your design software.
Can I charge the design fee per square metre?
Yes. For each service you choose the unit: piece, square metre or set. For example, the project per square metre and the consultation as a package. You fill in the quantity in the quote and the total is calculated for you.
Is there free quotation software for interior designers?
You can start for free with the Free plan: 10 quotes, once per company, no card. For a studio with several colleagues, the Team plan has 3 users and Business has 10.
